On Aug. 22, a delegation from Dubai International Financial Center Courts, leading by the courts’ president Mark Beer paid a visit to Qianhai Court.
The delegation was received by Wen Changzhi, president of Qianhai Court. The delegation also visited the court’s mediation center, service center and trial court, exchanging views on the daily operation, judge selection, dispute solving mechanism and law ascertainment.
Wen introduced the court to the delegation and said they were working on providing effective multi-solutions for entities that seeking for dispute resolution. He said his court determined to help build a fair and business-friendly environment for International investors in Qianhai.
Beer shared their practices of law ascertainment and expressed his impression towards the achievements made by Qianhai Court.
Both the parties expressed their willingness to enhance mutual communication.
